I build things.
I write to think.
This is where I put it all.

I'm a husband, a father of three, and I'm tired because one of them is a baby. I work hard and I hyperfixate on things that interest me. I'm a karate and ballet dad. I have a skateboard I haven't touched in over a year and a shelf of books I haven't made time for. My biggest concern right now is being present with my family while still working hard enough to support them. I'm figuring that out in real time and this site is part of how I think through it.

About

The short version

I got into serious trouble as a teenager. Hit a wall at eighteen that I didn't see coming and couldn't ignore. I spent several years in Hawaii putting myself back together, slowly and without a roadmap. That period shaped how I think about almost everything now.

I moved to Oklahoma in 2020. Built a career in operations and sales. Married Alli in August 2024. Our daughter Gianna was born in September 2025, and that October I adopted Norah and Nehemiah.

These days I work in healthcare technology and I spend most of my free time outside, building something around the house, or scrolling through everything on TV until I'm too tired to actually watch anything.
